Ladder Against Burano Wall

Burano is one of the Venetian islands situated about 4 miles from St. Mark’s Square. It is known for its lace and brightly coloured houses. It is a joy to wander the narrow streets and there is definitely a photo everywhere you look.
I enjoy taking pictures of day to day life and this ladder, propped haphazardly against an interesting wall while the workers had lunch, caught my eye.
