Something old, something new. For Photosynthesis I am reaching back – and reinterpreting photographs taken in the Canadian Arctic in 2000.
Seth Berkowitz has been working as a professional photographer for 25 years. When Berkowitz closed his commercial studio in Vancouver and moved to Salt Spring in 2002 he opened and operated Galleons Lap, at that time the only commercial exclusively photographic gallery west of Toronto. Berkowitz now divides his time between his commercial clients and his personal work.
Berkowitz received an ‘Award of Excellence’ at the Sooke Fine Arts Show, and has been published in Focus Magazine (Italy).
